Notes on the view provided to Parent/Guardian pertaining to their child/ward’s

This portal allows access to parent/guardian to view their child/ward’s academic performance and attendance records.
Application for access rights to this portal can be done in person at the One-Stop Centre located at Republic Polytechnic Centre, 9 Woodlands Ave 9, Singapore 738964 or via email to help-registrar@rp.edu.sg
The following documents are required for verification in order to process your application (in person or via e-mail):
a) The original and a photocopy** of your child/ward’s (RP student) birth certificate;
b) The original and a photocopy** of your NRIC (for Singapore citizens and permanent residents) or passport;
c) Your handphone number and email address. Only applications with valid handphone numbers and email addresses specified will be processed.
**Please submit a scanned copy if you are applying online.
Successful applicants (who have submitted their application in person or via e-mail) can expect to receive the login IDs via email to their designated email account within three days after receipt of the completed applications together with all the required information and supporting documents. Please note that only ONE Parent/Guardian Login ID will be issued per student. Republic Polytechnic reserves the rights to reject the issuing of login IDs at its own discretion.
